Center stitched linen wreath over felt piece and buttonhole stitch in place.
Place wreath top over batting-covered wreath back, matching top centers.
Pin and buttonhole stitch front and back wreaths together.
Add decorative loops and sew in place when adding cording hanger to wreath top.
